On December 21st, the Winter Solstice invites us into the deepest dark, the still point before the light slowly makes its return. Sacred Darkness is a guided evening of somatic breathwork and ceremonial cacao created to help you meet this turning of the year with intention, release, and inner warmth.

In this space, darkness becomes a sanctuary: a place where intuition awakens, the body feels safe to let go, and the heart softens enough to see what truly matters. Through breath, sound, and plant medicine, we’ll explore our inner landscape and open to whatever wants to shift before stepping into a new cycle.

Sacred Darkness is an invitation to honor the dark, both in the world and within ourselves. It’s the space where we slow down, soften, and meet the parts of us usually hidden: our shadow, our unmet emotions, our unspoken truths. What is a Cacao Ceremony?

A cacao ceremony is a heart-opening ritual using pure ceremonial cacao (raw form of chocolate) a gentle plant medicine known for increasing emotional presence, softening the nervous system, and supporting deeper connection with yourself and the group. It’s not psychedelic. It simply helps you drop into your body and move with more tenderness and clarity. Cacao will be make with organic almond milk, filtered water, raw organic honey and ceremonical grade cacao. (please reach out if you have any allergies)

What is a Somatic Breathwork Journey?

Somatic breathwork is an active, guided breathing practice designed to help you access the body’s stored tension, emotions, and patterns. What to Bring / How to Prepare:

• Wear comfortable, loose clothing (you’ll be lying down for breathwork)

• Avoid eating a large meal 1–2 hours before the ceremony

• Bring a yoga mat, blankets, and pillow for comfort

• Bring a water bottle

• Bring a mug for your cacao

• Optional: journal, eye mask, crystals, or anything that helps you feel grounded

• Come with an open heart and a willingness to meet whatever rises
