Arrival: Friday (13 March) at 12:00 to start @13:00
Departure: Monday (16 March) - Course ends @ 11:00. You will be allowed to stay longer to enjoy the Valley of the Waves some more. 

Format: 
Aspects to be covered (Coaching - coaches & players)
*Attacking and defensive skills 
*Specialization: Individual and combination
*Circle play - attack and defense
*Center passes - attack and defense
*Throw in - attack and defense
*Instructional play 
*Matches on the last day - this will also be used to do Level 1 & 2 gradings for umpires who attended the course

For Umpires: 
*4 hours of theory - rule discussions
*Level 1 & 2 exams 
*Grading on level 1 & 2 on the last days of matches
*Coaches that are part of the teams may also enroll for the umpires course and to be graded. 
*Any individual umpire (without your teams), may also enroll for this course. 

NOTE: 
A more detailed program will be handed out before the course. Number of teams and age groups are taken into consideration with each course and might differ from one course to the next. 

Fees include: 
*A tournament gift
*Accommodation in the Sun Vacation Club at Sun City - see accommodation rules. 
*All meals except for one evening’s dinner which will be on your own account. 
*Permanent access to the “Valley of Waves”.
*Specialized coaching by Dorette Badenhorst and her team of experienced and well-trained coaches.
