- Be 4CC Active and Leadership Bonus Qualified
- Achieve a total of 720CCs, including 100CCs NEW
- Personally sponsor 3 NEW Supervisor lines globally
- Senior Managers; Must have 1 Eagle downline
- Soaring Managers and Above; Must acquire a minimum of 3 existing Eagle downlines OR 1 NEW Eagle downline that is NOT under another qualifying Eagle Manager
