HOW TO PREPARE FOR AN AUDITION and SHOOT A SELF-TAPE.
This one-day workshop is designed as a leg-up for young, aspiring actors and performers to approach the audition process with confidence.
There is a craft in preparing and conducting yourself in an audition, and participants will be coached by Gregory ‘Ziggy’ Wagrowski, a highly-experienced U.S. film, TV and theatre actor on how to impress directors and casting agents.
Professional videographer and director, Harley Alexander, will then show how to to set up and film for self-tapes using a phone or camera. Participants will get tips on basic lighting techniques and find out how to record quality sound.
These are essential skills for people wanting to be successful in the performing arts, or anyone who wants to develop their skills and confidence presenting themselves.
