This will also be the last day for coffee and bakery service in the café. Going forward, we’ll continue operating as a retail store while focusing more of our space, time, and team capacity on lefse, Kringla, Uffda Chips, and production.

We know this is a meaningful change for the community, and we’re grateful for everyone who has supported the café. We’d love to have you stop by, see what we’re building, try samples, and learn more about what’s next for Norsland Lefse.

At the open house, you’ll be able to:

• Tour our updated lefse production line
• Try samples
• Buy lefse, Uffda Chips, and Kringla to take home
