This is a lovely opportunity to meet other expectant parents and new parents in the local area. There will be staff from Supportive Steps who will be able to offer you some support.
Come along and join us for a lovely slow walk in nature and have a chat with the staff and other expectants parents and new parents.
Going for walks has numerous benefits on your physical and mental wellbeing. These include improved cardiovascular health, stress reduction, increased energy and improved sleep, making it a simple yet effective way to improve overall well-being.
We will meet by Bewitched for anyone who wants to get a drink to walk round with then we can head towards the lake.
This is for all expecting parents and families with children under 2, no need to book, just come along.
