You’ll be gently guided through breathing, visualisation, and relaxation techniques to quiet the mind and release tension. Afterwards, enjoy a warming festive hot drink as we share calm conversation and peaceful energy together.

🕯️ Please bring: a blanket, pillow, matts and water bottle for your comfort.
