Beginners Yoga at Magazine Heaven - Rushden Lakes

I have been asked to provide some beginners yoga sessions at the wonderful Magazine Heaven, in Rushden Lakes.

Come and join us!

You will learn how to use your breath and your body to relax and rejuvenate your nervous system.

I will take you through some simple meditation techniques that you can adopt in your life should you wish to improve the way you feel mentally, physically and emotionally.

The class will be suitable for complete beginners and will be mostly floor based so you will need to bring a yoga mat with you.. Should you need assistance I can also provide some chair based poses for those who prefer that option. Please indicate your preference upon booking.
