Held at Sandymoor Community Centre, Sharing the Light offers a safe, welcoming space to rest, reset, and reconnect with your inner light as nature begins to bloom once more.

Sharing the Light is a facilitated wellbeing event delivered by a multidisciplinary team. Dave is a qualified counsellor. Eleanor is trained in psychology and hypnotherapy. Julie is a Reiki practitioner, and Carmel is a public speaker and our professional voice of an angel. .



Cost £30 per person
