Dreamtime Restorative

Melt away stress and reconnect with your inner calm. Restorative yoga invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and surrender into gentle postures supported by props, such as pillows, blankets and cushions. Each pose is an opportunity to release tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance to body and spirit.

These classes also include soothing somatic movements to unravel tension held in the body, and energetic work such as mudra, mantra and breathwork to support your nervous system in being settled and calm.
