Dreamtime Restorative

This class is a dreamy mix of subtle yoga practices such as mudra, mantra and breath work along with some somatic movement, all of which will set the mood for sinking back into the stillness of some simple restorative postures.

Think soft pillows, cushions, blankets and eye covers, under low lights in a warm room with soothing music.

There will also be grounding essential oil to help you drift away to somewhere peaceful and calm. ☺️
