As we walk slowly through the woods and heathland, we'll meet the site's plants, trees and creatures and get to know them a bit better.After gathering our inspiration, we'll head to The Bake House cafe on Highlands Road to write - with plenty of examples and prompts given to help you get going. You are free to choose to create a poem, prose piece, mixed words and images or reflective journaling.No writing experience is necessary. Just bring a pen and a willingness to give it a go.I'd love to hear some of your writing in our small group, but it is your choice whether to share.I'll be gathering photos of people's writing if they are happy to share to a wider audience to celebrate Halton's creativity for Culture 26.Come connect, create, and get inspired by the natural world around us!This workshop will be led by Janine Keeble - I'm a local counsellor, nature connection guide and therapeutic writing facilitator.
