Outdoor Fest 2026, the eighth annual celebration of outdoor adventure and community hosted at Barn Door Hostel in Rumney, New Hampshire, returns this spring with an expanded program of experiences, expert speakers, live music, and an innovative travel partnership that brings city adventurers straight to the mountains.

Taking place May 22-25 at Barn Door Hostel — just a short distance from the iconic White Mountain National Forest and Lakes Region, two of the most beloved outdoor destinations in the Northeast. Outdoor Fest invites outdoor enthusiasts of all levels to explore, learn, and grow their connection with nature.

This year’s event features a focus on health and belonging, with:

* Live music from Rusty Bones creating the perfect cover/original atmosphere under starlit skies. 
* Keynote presentation from Brody Leven, a professional chairlift‑free adventure skier, environmental advocate, storyteller, and Outdoor Industry 30 Under 30 honoree, known for his human‑powered mountaineering and endurance feats across six continents
* Insights from Liz Fieser, a wandering adventurer, writer, and creative storyteller whose work explores curiosity, personal transformation, and outdoor exploration
* Outdoor clinics and hands‑on skill sessions designed to introduce newcomers to climbing, hiking, and outdoor skills
* A vibrant vendor village showcasing gear, local makers, and outdoor service providers
* Guided adventures and open climbing sessions in Rumney’s extraordinary landscape
