SOUND BATH + REIKI: A RESTORATIVE YOGA EXPERIENCE

This 90minute specialty class blends three deeply healing practices to support your body and mind in profound relaxation. We will begin with 45 minutes of mindful flow, using slow, accessible movements to ease tension, increase circulation, and prepare the body for stillness. As class progresses, we will transition into Restorative Yoga, settling into long-held, supported postures to calm the nervous system and encourage full-body relaxation. The final 45 minutes of class features a Sound Bath infused with Reiki Healing. The sound bath incorporates crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, an ocean drum, a harmony ball, and a rain stick to create soothing vibrations that guide the brain into a deeply meditative state, reducing stress and promoting inner peace. During the sound bath, Reiki - a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and balance - will be offered. Reiki works by channeling energy through gentle, hands-on (or hands-near) techniques to support the body's natural healing processes and clear energetic blockages. Class is held at a comfortable 76°F. We recommend wearing cozy layers, as the body naturally cools during rest.
