Join us for a winter Recovery Outing at Black Mountain of Maine on Saturday, February 21st, 2026 from 12–2pm for an afternoon of free snow tubing and fun in the mountains.

Our group outing time will run from 12–2pm, but participant tickets are valid until 4pm, so you’re welcome to keep tubing on your own after the official outing wraps up. Registration will be capped at 40 people, so please be sure to sign up if you’re confident you can attend!

Transportation support will be available with van rides departing from The HILLS Recovery Center. We will reach out to confirm with details. Waivers can be completed ahead of time or at the kiosk on the mountain the day of the outing.

Black Mountain has a cafeteria on site where drinks and food are available for purchase, and we’ll also bring snacks and beverages to share with the group.

This FREE Recovery Outing is open to individuals in recovery, seeking recovery, and their loved ones. It’s a chance to get outside, try something fun, and spend time with people who understand the importance of support and connection.

Don't forget, registration is required! Please register each participant here individually, including children: https://wmari.org/thehillsrecoverycenter/recoveryoutings/signup

Our staff will be at the kiosk for the first half of the day to assist you. Reach Aaron at 207-595-0399 or AaronRyder@wmari.org with any questions!
