At the Spring Equinox, we celebrate what has died in you over the past winter and the new space that has emerged as a result. Stepping fully into that newness. Stepping into it with everything you have. You are taking a risk. It is vulnerable to step into the new with desire and longing.

This celebration will consist of creating an energetic field in which we open ourselves toward the new. The qualities we place in the wheel of the year are openness, protection, vulnerability, and determination.

In the strength to be vulnerable we research opposites in relation to your intention and ambitions. Inspired by the energy of the warrior. As Anat Geiger, by far my favorite yoga teacher says; the warrior fights for the benefit of all. Or it asks true openness from the heart to stand for what you want. And even the strength to be vulnerable is from her, she states that only if you're strong enough you can allow to be vulnerable.

A beautiful spring equinox celebration at Ruigoord. You can walk the spiral towards the midst of it all, where you can fully embrace your intention en whisper it to the bread. The qualities of Vulnerability, Openness, Protection and Determination were present in the spiral. You were guided to fully embody these qualities in relation to your intention.
