After so many people asking when we'd be hosting another Sound Bath... we're so excited to finally have one! �

Join us for a relaxing summer evening surrounded by nature at Far Coley Farm.

� Monday 3rd August
� 7:00pm – 9:00pm

Your evening includes:

� A gentle guided woodland walk
� A restorative sound bath in our giant 3 Hat Tipi overlooking the lakes
� A fire pit intention ceremony, where you'll have the opportunity to let go of worries and set new intentions
� Hot chocolate or tea around the fire

The evening will be led by Kelly Bisson – Energy & Events, who offers Sound Baths, Reiki, Meditation and Kundalini Activation. Kelly is also the **Staffordshire Ambassador for WILD & WILD** and is passionate about creating calm, welcoming spaces where people can slow down, reconnect and recharge.

Whether you've been to a sound bath before or you're completely new to it, this evening is for anyone looking to switch off for a couple of hours, spend time in nature and leave feeling a little lighter.

� Please bring: a yoga mat, blanket, pillow/cushion, warm layers and a water bottle.

� Spaces are limited and booking is essential.
