Sourdough seems complicated but we’ll work on tips of how to simplify the process.  

You’ll discover:�✨ How to care for your own sourdough starter�✨ The secrets behind long fermentation and why it’s better for your gut�✨ Practical tips for kneading, shaping, and baking beautiful loaves at home�✨ How to fit sourdough baking into your weekly routine

You’ll take home:�? Your very own active, established starter�? A  mixed dough to practice fermenting, shaping and  baking at home
? A freshly baked loaf that you have shaped.�? Basic recipe for sourdough loaf 

Ingredients and equipment are provided – ‼️????: ????? ? ???? ??? ???? ?? ??? ??? ????? ?? ??? ????? ?? ???? ?? ???????? ???? ???????????? ??? ???????. You can bring an apron if you prefer. 

You’ll also be able to enjoy a glass of wine or a soft drink.
