Children will create their own unique logo using simple turtle stitching coded embrodiery techniques, taking inspiration from music, rhythm, reading and their favourite stories. All materials will be provided.Whether you design a logo for an imaginary band, a favourite book character or something completely original, you'll learn a new craft skill while celebrating a summer filled with reading adventures.These sessions are great for:Exploring the connection between coding, design and creativity through TurtleStitchBuilding confidence by learning new digital and practical making skillsDeveloping creativity and self-expression through designing and makingCelebrating the Summer Reading Challenge and sharing a love of readingDiscovering what our libraries offerTime: 2:30pm – 4:00pmDate: Friday 28th August Age: 8+ years old (Please note: children must be accompanied by an adult at all times)Booking: Booking RequiredCancellation of TicketsCan't make it to an event?
