We will discuss the practicalities, benefits and practice some exercises. Using grief coaching as an example, the group will be able to discuss how it may work with their own coaching specialities. We will still meet at the Mount Edgcumbe at 18:30. If you plan to eat at the pub, please arrive in plenty of time to do so and enable us to maximise our time. If the weather is good, we’ll be walking outside. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear and bring a chair or blanket to sit on. Because of the nature of coaching outdoors those attending will need to be suitably mobile and consider any health conditions or sensory sensitivities they may have. It is the individual’s own responsibility for the health and safety. If the weather is less than good, we will still practice indoors and engage our imaginations. Co-coaching Forum Agenda: each Forum has a theme for the session. We begin with a member of the group sharing a model or particular interest or skill. Then we have the opportunity to Co-Coach.
