Just 5 minutes from our studio, set in a stunning location with wide-open views over the Weald of Kent and breathtaking sunsets.
Come together as a community to move, breathe, chant, and rest in stillness —nourishing body, mind, and soul. Enjoy high-quality Yin & Yang yoga, guided breathwork, meditation, and collective mantra to awaken and open the heart.
Gather around the campfire 🔥to watch the stars emerge and share sacred songs under the night sky.🌌
✨ Saturday Schedule:
• 9am – Group arrival & opening meditation
• 10am – Yang strength & stretch
• 11:30am – Restorative Yin yoga & pranayama
• 12:30pm – Mantra chanting & meditation
• 1:30pm – Shared pot-luck lunch
• 2:30pm – Guest talk with Michael Murari
Transpersonal psychotherapist, yoga teacher & Bhakti practitioner.
Theme: Self-healing & self-realisation through yoga and Ayurveda psychology.
• 3:30pm – Talk on Mantra Yoga: what it is, its science-backed benefits & meanings of ancient chants
• 4:30pm – Rest & restore Yin yoga
• 5:30pm – Voice Circle & Concert with Ravi Freeman
Devotional singing, sacred world chants & heart-opening harmony
• 7pm – Bring-your-own BBQ dinner
• 9pm – Fire circle: Satsang, sacred songs & meditation
• 10–11pm – Close or camp overnight
🌅 Sunday Morning:
• 8:30am – Meditation & pranayama
• 9:30am – Strength, stretch, Yin & guided meditation

Women’s Movement Matters Well-being Morning with Tali Rose
