Clear Round Cross-Country Class 1: 40-50cm Perfect for children, novices and young horses. This class will take place in a safe, enclosed arena and will include simple logs and small working hunter-style fences. Riders must be a minimum of 8 years old. Entry fee: £20 Class 2: 60cm Entry fee: £25 Class 3: 70cm Entry fee: £25 Maximum two XC rounds per horse. The 60cm and 70cm courses will be slightly shorter than a usual length course at Lodge Farm with most of the fences being visible from the start/finish area. For the 60cm and 70cm you are welcome to go round as a pair. Please indicate this clearly in class notes. Clear Round Showjumping Entry fee: £10 for first round, £5 for subsequent rounds Riders must be a minimum of 8 years old Class 4: 40-50cm Class 5: 60cm Class 6: 70cm • The showjumping will increase in height throughout the day with the cross-country. • Rosettes for all clear rounds. General Information • All entries online only via bookings@lodgefarmcrosscountry.co.uk. Extra rounds may be bought on the day if space. • Entry fees include first aid • A paramedic will be on site • Class starting times/running orders will be available from 5pm on Thursday 1 October on lodgefarmcrosscountry.co.uk • The cross-country course may be walked from 5-7pm on Friday 2 October. Terms and Conditions 1. It is a condition of riding at Lodge Farm that all riders must wear a riding hat and a body protector conforming to current British Eventing standards. 2. Riders should be a minimum of 8 years old. 3. Save for the death or personal injury caused by negligence, Lodge Farm will not accept liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to riders, horses, ponies, owners, spectators, property, vehicles and their contents and accessories or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or any other way whatsoever. 4. All dogs to be kept on short leads. 5. Please clear up after your horse and remove any droppings/ hay. 6. Lodge Farm reserves the right to cancel any reservation without notice and/or refuse admission. They cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss or liability, however caused. WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS 7. Withdrawals made by 6pm on Thursday 1 October will be refunded minus a £5 cancellation charge.
