MUST stay behind barriers/fencingTeam Req: 7 aside with max 10 per team. Boys in Y3 or Y4Event Capacity: 20 teams 10 from Tonbridge and 10 from Tunbridge WellsAt this stage we are only allowing schools to enter ONE TEAM to allow ALL schools the opportunity to attend. Closer to the time I will look at offering additional places if we have capacity!Rules/Game PlayAll players must be in Y3 or Y47 on the pitch at any one timeGoalkeepers must be in a different colour top to outfield players.All players must be wearing shin pads and correct footwear (moulded boots, no metal studs, or AstroTurf trainers)Free kicks can be direct (doesn’t need to be passed to someone first before scoring).Players must be 4 yards from the kicking during free kicks and goal kicks.We are not encouraging slide tackling, however this will not be penalised unless dangerous.Back passes are allowed (keeper is not allowed to pick it up).Ball is allowed overhead height.Corners are in play.If the ball goes out of play it will be a throw in NOT a kick in.Referee has the authority of the match (pupils and teachers must respect the referee’s decision- it is final!).When a goal is scored, play is restarted from the centre.Players are allowed to enter the penalty area on both ends.Substitutes can be made throughout the game and the play does not have to stop.There will be no yellow or red cards however warnings can be given to players and then referees have the right to ask teachers to swap players out for the remainder of that fixture.
