With Victoria’s expertise spanning both cheese and wine — including a WSET Diploma and French & Spanish Wine Scholar qualifications — this one-day course offers something a little different: alongside learning the fundamentals of cheese, you’ll explore the art of pairing cheese and wine.

• The Academy of Cheese Make Post-Make classification model

And, of course, there will be plenty to taste!

Taste 12 classic cheeses throughout the day, alongside 6 wines specifically selected to demonstrate different pairing principles.
