Unlike typical club nights, our DJs break the mould, weaving tribal, folk, electronic, and live sounds into a journey that flows from meditative soundscapes to pounding house, techno, drum & bass, and beyond.What are the benefits of dancing?Dancing is a fun way to stay fit for people of all ages, shapes, and sizes. It can improve muscle tone and cardiovascular health, increase flexibility, mobility, endurance, and overall fitness, reduce stress, combat depression, boost confidence, enhance social skills, and the list goes on.Human ConnectionsIn the age of AI, social media, and remote work, many of us are feeling increasingly isolated and disconnected. Conscious dance helps us build authentic human connections, unplug from the noise, switch off completely, and stay grounded.Who is it for?We welcome everyone, regardless of age, gender, religion, or background.What are the guidelines?Dance barefoot (comfy clothes recommended), no alcohol or drugs, and no talking during the dance, let your body do the speaking! All forms of expression are welcome here, and there’s no right or wrong way to move.What do bring/wear?Dress in comfortable clothes you can move freely in, and bring layers to adjust as you warm up or cool down. Most dancers come dressed much like they would for a yoga or fitness class or something light and relaxed as if heading to a festival dance.
