Treat yourself to a proper night off in this Galentine's Self-Love special from The Anti-Burnout Club!

A Night Off Self-Love Edition is for anyone who’s tired of being told to “just love yourself” without anyone ever explaining how, or acknowledging why that can feel so hard in the first place.

This isn’t a motivational talk or a checklist of things you should be doing, it's an evening of real, open conversation that will feel like a night with your bestie.

Often Unsaid Conversations

Our panel, made up of experts and real-life stories, will be talking about self-love in a way that actually feels relatable - what it really means, why it so often feels selfish or uncomfortable, and how to practise it without adding yet another thing to your to-do list.

We’ll cover the things we don’t usually say out loud, so you can leave feeling lighter and less alone.

A Self-Love Sound Bath

Hosted by the wonderful Mikaela from Innerminx, this is your chance to properly switch off and soak up everything you've uncovered about self-love at the end of the evening.

Because who says Valentine’s gifts have to come from someone else?!

Doors open: 7.15pm for a 7.30pm start
