All you have to do is accept the invitation, Mother Nature does the rest. Participants will be led on a slow-paced, quiet 1.75 mile walk through the scrub on sandy and paved trails. Every so often, ERM staff will instruct the group to complete passive activities designed to help you focus your senses to physically and mentally connect with nature. Cell phones should be turned off completely prior to the hike to limit distractions. This event IS NOT designed for small children or pets. Bring a towel to sit on for your own comfort.
