- **Event Description**: Hoop Shoot! Save the Date! Saturday, Dec. 6th starts at 8am (registration starts at 8am in lobby) Calling all boys and girls ages 8-13!! (Contestants must be 8 years old by April 1, 2026, so they could be age 7 now and cannot have turned age 14 on or before April 1, 2026. This free throw event will be held at  Salter Community Center. The kids compete in one of the six following divisions: boys age 8-9, girls 8-9, boys 10-11, girls 10-11, boys 12-13, girls 12-13. Tell your kids, your neighbor’s kids, your grandkids! Contestants do not have to be related to an Elk in order to participate. Contact Bryan Haithcoat at info@elks1588.com or go to elks.org and click on “our programs,” then click on “Hoop Shoot” for more details about this program. The winners advance to our district finals.  The cost is Free to enter!
