It is a fam damily gathering.  You are not required to enjoy, take home, or make head cheese to attend.  We are using the head cheese as an excuse to get together.  Everyone is welcome. We always make too much food, so please arrive hungry.  Menu to be determined, but we are thinking tacos.   

This is a strolling event, so come when your are able. The meat will be cut up ahead of time, no need to bring knives.  Great Grandma Beaudin's cast iron pot will be used and we will be following the traditional recipe, no crock pots.  We will prepare two pots. Each pot makes about 6-10 containers to take home.  We use plastic disposable containers.  There are extra pots available, if needed.  If we get more people we will make more.  People who show get first priority for taking home a container.  The whole process takes 3-4 hours.  

Football will be on.  Three college football playoff games will be played starting at noon.  NFL has 3 games with start times to be determined.  I can do split screen or bring in another TV.        

I have plenty of beverages.  If you appreciate something special, please bring it.  Lunch will be served.   If I get my Dad's crap put away, old people should come through the garage, where there is a railing.  Plenty of parking on the street and in the driveway.  There will be a spot for old people drop off.
