Date Night Dance Steps is a playful, heart-centered dance therapy workshop designed for couples who want to reconnect, laugh, and move together—no prior dance experience required.
Using simple ballroom dance steps as the foundation, this workshop explores how movement, rhythm, and partnered connection can deepen communication and trust. Through guided exercises, gentle instruction, and shared moments on the dance floor, you’ll discover new ways to listen, lead, follow, and support one another—both in dance and in your relationship.
This is not about perfection or performance. It’s about presence, connection, and enjoying the experience of moving together.
Having a partner is required. Ticket price is for two people, only one ticket needed per couple.
