The FAKS Dance festival will take place for the seventh time in beautiful Istrian towns: Rovinj (www.rovinj-tourism.hr) and Pazin (https://central-istria.com/)
Festival can accept about 10 foreign folklore groups. Overall, the festival will have about 15 different folklore groups, each local and foreigns. During the festival for all the participants will be orginized several participants performances all on different locations in Istria, traditional croatian dances workshops, round table and excursions to the most attractive destinations in Istria.
FAKS festival is proud to be recognized from European Festival Association (EFA) and chosen to get EFFE label for 2025/2026 as one of the best European festival. EFFE quality label was given to festivals with an artistic commitment, involvement in their local communities and a European and global outlook.
