- **Event Description**: The 21st annual RIDE celebration is bringing something new to 2026 - - - the first ever horseshoe tournament in Roundup! 

The tournament will take place on July 3rd at 3:00 p.m. in Roundup City Park. Registration begins at 2:00 p.m. at the horseshoe pits located between the tennis courts and Highway 12. Entry fees are $10 for participants with a RIDE ticket and $20 without a ticket. Since this is the tournament's debut year, the competition will feature a single player cutthroat format. The final two competitors will compete in a best two-out-of-three championship match. Price payouts are guaranteed at:

1st place - minimum $150
2nd place - minimum $100 
3rd place - minimum $75 

Prize money will increase if 35 or more participants register. The tournament is limited to 48 entrants. Standard horseshoe rules will apply and will be reviewed before competition begins. Contestants will compete across four horseshoe pits. Two pits are currently available with two additional pits being added before the event.
