VLTRA is not responsible for RV site reservations! Please note: there is no charge for vehicles/trailers that are not parked in one of the RV sites. All trailers/vehicles parked in a RV hook-up site MUST have a paid reservation for that numbered site or you will be asked to move. In the COMMENTS below are links to the Registration Form and Liability Release Form needed to sign up for the ride, and as always a current copy of negative Coggins is required on file for each horse/mule on the ride. We kindly ask that you participate in at least 1 of the 2 Warm-up rides in 2026 in order to be eligible to ride on the Main Ride into Houston. Dinner Saturday is “on your own”; however, we will provide and fire up our grill Saturday evening and welcome you to BYOM (Bring Your Own Meat), to cook if you wish. There will also be a table set up for side dishes and desserts, if you would like to bring something to share with the group “potluck” buffet style.
