Angela specializes in gentle, accessible practices that support deep rest, nervous system balance, and inner transformation. She weaves together Yoga, Sound Healing and Reiki to create deeply supportive and empowering experiences. Her work honors the full spectrum of life’s transitions, including the menopause years.
