🏃🏾‍♂️Backflip Workshop🤸‍♀️

This workshop is a fantastic opportunity for anyone aged 6 and up who is interested in learning how to do a backflip or enhancing their existing skills. It provides a structured environment where participants can safely practice under the guidance of professional coaches.

By covering progressions and exercises related to backflips, participants can expect to develop their skills regardless of their prior experience. The availability of mats, pads, and foam pits ensures a safe learning experience.

For those who already have a standing backflip, the advanced skills offered, such as the wallflip and cheat gainer flyaway, J-step, and more, will help take their acrobatics to the next level! Overall, it’s a great chance to improve gymnastic abilities in a fun and safe setting! If you're interested, you should inquire about registration and class schedules.

Time: Saturday March 21st 12pm-2pm
Cost: $60 per person
Ages: 6 and up (Kids and Adults will be separated when working on skills)
Skill Levels: All skills level welcome
