Avec Lagon Nwar, les frontières musicales s’effacent. Le quartet réunit Quentin Biardeau (saxophone, synthés) et Valentin Ceccaldi (basse) du Tricollectif, la chanteuse réunionnaise Ann O’aro, et le chanteur-percussionniste burkinabé Marcel Balboné.

Leur musique navigue librement entre jazz, maloya, afro-folk et pop urbaine. Les langues se mêlent – créole, français, mooré, bissa – les sons s’entrechoquent, les rythmes vibrent : une performance poétique, politique et incandescente.
