This evening invites you to pause reconnect and release the weight of the week — surrounded by the panoramic skyline of Rotterdam from the 16th floor of the W70 building.
Through the soothing vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls chimes and other instruments you’ll be gently guided into a deep state of rest where your body softens your breath slows and your mind finds clarity.

No prior experience is needed — simply come as you are lie down comfortably and allow the sounds to carry you into stillness and renewal.
Wear cozy clothing and warm socks — you’ll be lying down for about an hour. Mats and blankets will be provided for your comfort.
