Romantasy Fair is a place to discover new stories, meet authors in person, attend workshops, dance at a Fantasy Ball and spend a full evening surrounded by people who love romantasy just as much as you do. Whether you come alone or with friends, dressed in everyday clothes or full fantasy attire, Romantasy Fair is designed to feel welcoming, creative, and immersive.

At Romantasy Fair, you can expect:

• A carefully curated book(ish) fair with Romantasy authors & vendors
• Book signings and meet & greets
• Romantasy-related interactive activities
• A fully immersive Fantasy ball with cosplayers bringing your favorite characters to life
• A warm, inclusive community of readers

Romantasy Fair is 18+. IDs will be checked at the door. Photos and videos may be taken and used for promotional purposes. Refunds are only issued in the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the organization. Reselling is allowed.

Ticketholders for Romantasy Fair 2026 receive the following:

• Access to The Laurenskerk for the full duration of the event
• Access to author signings and meet&greets
• Access to the Book Fair
• Access to the Fantasy Ball
• Access to cosplayers and the opportunity to dance and take pictures with them
• Free use of guarded coat area, changing rooms and toilets
