⚙️ A non-religious 'serious game' weekend, for change makers, aspiring leaders and open-minded personal growth-seekers to define their next steps. Hosted at a monastery. A unique, immersive experience.

👉🏽 👀 By temporarily becoming a cogwheel in monastic life, you start seeking... to find yourself again!

🚪🗝 Behind the doors you choose to open, you will experience something and find your next clues. They will shape your path, after you emerge from the monastery.

🪞'In order to find yourself, you must first be found.'

👁 Who is it for? For 40 change makers, aspiring leaders and mid-career professionals looking for support in their next steps of making impact in their work and personal lives.

🪢 What will we experience?
Rather than presenting you with a predictable program overview, this experience is a serious game in which you go on a self-chosen journey in the monastery.

❈ No worries, there is enough time to relax, to reflect and rejoice.

Arrival Friday evening:
🧺 📿 After the 'initiation procedure' (on-boarding) upon arrival, you are assigned a 'small group' of 10 novices with a mission to fulfill by the end of the day 1. You will get further acquainted with your co-novices and are introduced to the cogwheel system.

(Satur)Day 1:
🫧 There are opportunities to Be dazzled & inspired in workshops provided by 🪄'Magic Monx' and 💌'Neon Nons', by strange encounters & interactions and moments of reflection in long corridors and courtyards.

🚪 ✨ Pass through various doors, and will meet parts of yourself behind each one.

💃🏻 🕺🏽 If you manage to puzzle your findings together, you will gain access to the 'End-of-Day ceremony', where all novices are expected to arrive dressed up and ready to party in attire you've gathered on your journey! 🎩

(Sun)Day 2:
🧽 🧻 🧹After the morning duties as a cogwheel Novice (unless you've already hacked that system), you gather in our small groups a Sunday Service of Shared Learning.
📝 It's a place to ask questions, to share what you've experienced and gain insights from each other.

🪅 🪩 🪅 In a Closing Celebration, we hope to release each of you from the Monastery Mystery with new energy, purpose and clarity for your next steps.

Price includes basic room & bed linen, 3 meals a day and unrestricted access to the immersive experience. Towel set is a personal extra expense (€4,50), to be requested at the monastery.

🏵 If you truly cannot afford this experience, but you feel you NEED to BE THERE, please reach out to discuss how we can accommodate. Tip: ask 3 friends or family members willing to donate a part of the cost for you. Tell them why it is important to you. People are very willing to help and feel honored when asked.
