And then everyone goes home and still feels like a fraud.And the advice is always the same. Fake it till you make it. List your achievements. Believe in yourself. Repeat affirmations in the mirror, the list goes on and on. And maybe that helps for a day. But most people I work with have been trying that stuff for years. Still waiting to feel like they actually belong.So what's actually going on?This is what IFS (Internal Family Systems) tells us: you're not one person. You're a whole cast of inner parts. And the one that's convinced you're a fraud is not you. Well, not the whole you anyway. It's a part of you. A part that probably took on that job a long time ago, for a very good reason. And it's been working overtime ever since.The problem isn't that the part exists. The problem is that it's been running the show unchecked.This is what cycle breaking actually looks like. Not just deciding to be different, but getting to know the parts of you that are keeping the cycle going and finally giving them a new job description.In this workshop we're going to meet that part. Figure out what it's actually protecting you from. And start to loosen its grip. Not by fighting it, but by finally seeing and understanding it.The workshop is about 2.5 hours. It's in person. She is a therapist specialising in craniosacral therapy, generational patterns and IFS. She spent nearly a decade in corporate change consulting before realising the most interesting change work happens in people, not organisations.
