Do you feel the need to slow down, listen deeply, and care for both yourself and the Earth? In these times of rapid change, we often feel the weight of the world. This retreat is an invitation to come home—to your breath, your body, and the community.
We believe that personal healing and planetary healing are deeply interconnected. When we care for ourselves with tenderness, we naturally learn to care for the world with that same love. 🌎✨ Therefore we chose "Healing Myself, Healing Mother Earth" as the theme of our retreat.
✨ What to expect?
Following the Plum Village tradition, we will practise mindfulness together through:
>Sitting and walking meditations
>Mindful eating & deep relaxation
>Dharma sharing (deep listening)
>Connecting with nature and each other
📍 Who is it for?
Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or completely new to mindfulness, you are ever so welcome. We primarily host young adults (ages 18–35), but if this theme resonates with your heart, please feel free to join us!

PRACTICAL INFO
📅 Date: 3rd – 5th of April
📍 Location: Sint Pauluscentrum Rotselaar (Galgenstraat 36, Rotselaar) – a peaceful, natural setting to support our mindfulness practice
🧘♂️ Arrival: Friday from 17:00
🌅 Departure: Sunday late afternoon
🗣️ The retreat will be guided in English.
🍲 All meals are included.
😴 In a dormitory (M/V/X) or in your own tent.

We offer a sliding scale to make the retreat accessible for all:
Standard contribution: €90
Reduced: €75 (if you need support)
Supporter rate: €110 (if you wish to help someone else attend)
