Sound Healing & Meditation Class with Renee Marsters

Experience deep relaxation and inner balance in this 90-minute Sound Healing and Meditation class led by Renee Marsters at Polynesian Spa.

Using crystal singing bowls and guided meditation, Renee helps calm the nervous system, release stress, and restore emotional wellbeing.

Held in the tranquil Mahoney Wellness Room overlooking Lake Rotorua, the session is open to all levels, from beginners to experienced meditators.

Renee is a qualified mindfulness practitioner and clinical nurse specialist who brings warmth, knowledge, and gentle guidance to every class.

Tickets are $40 per person. Pool packages can be added separately.
Classes may be cancelled if fewer than five tickets are sold; refunds or transfers will be offered.
