SATURDAYS 8am starting June 6th from Arias Farm 396 Clayton Rd

•	Afraid of a road bike? Come to SPIN Tues or Thurs 6pm.
•	Don't have a road bike? Borrow one of JTP’s [pre-arrange a fitting].
•	Scared of the main road? Ride in our group.
•	Can't do hills? So walk them. It's still hill work!!

First Saturday will be Safety, Gears, Balance, Hills, Cornering, Bunch-riding, Drinking – just around the local neighbourhoods with a slow group, plan for 1hr.
Then each Saturday we go slightly longer, until before you know it, you’ve done a triathlon distance!

BRING:
Your roadbike (or one that has been fitted for you from JTP).
Bright clothing, cellphone, drink bottle, helmet, shoes (incl running shoes), spare tube, pump, and bike tool kit.

PARK:
Along drive hard left with wheels up curb (OR in paddock if open/dry)

We usually travel around the 16-22km/hr pace, with people either in pairs or small packs.
Slower beginners will be catered for, looked after, and simply turned back a little earlier. 
WE ALWAYS RUN 1KM AFTER SO BRING YOUR SHOES!

Sat program continues for Ironmaori, Suffer Tri, and all the way to Ironman in March next year.
