Restorative Yin Yoga on Thursdays

Join me and a great group of people for intentional, mindful yoga.

Casual classes, so you can join when you're available! (Discounts available for pre-booked regular attendance.)

Mondays - Vinyasa Yoga at The Hindu Heritage Centre Rotorua at 5:30-6:45pm.

Thursdays - Yin Yoga at Pilates Focus at 5:20-6:30pm.
