A celebration of all that has been before, where the College is now and where it is heading with its vibrant, inclusive and considered future. Held over two days and evenings this celebration gives you a chance to reminisce, celebrate, re connect and still have time for your long weekend.
Starting in the early afternoon on Friday with a powhiri, school tours and memorabilia displays. That evening there will be a casual reconnection and BBQ evening. Saturday is a gala day with archival displays, fun activities and sports that you might bravely want to pack your playing kit, Deep Heat and strapping tape for and as expected there is the opportunity to revisit those friendships and memories from times gone by. A tour of the Valley to visit your old haunts will be available and we will be aiming to capture year groups in some organised photos. Into the evening there will be a formal dinner, guest speaker and a good old celebratory dance will finish off the festivities.
There will be a compulsory registration process for you to follow early next year. But in the meantime, rally the troops, spread the word and start digging out those old photos.
There will be space for Campervans/caravans on what was known as the Hocky Field/Back Field. Courtesy vans will be available on the Saturday night also.
This weekend is for everyone, students, staff, whanau. If you had or have a connection to the school, this is the celebration for you!
