This workshop has been formed to create space so that members of diverse communities come together and discuss the concept of Empathy through conversation and the art of printmaking. Prints For Good is a grassroots arts-based initiative that aims to engage with diversity communities and organisations to create works of art that can be shared with others in the spirit of love and unity.
In this workshop everyone has the opportunity to share their thoughts about empathy in a safe trusting environment. Everyone will leave with some hand printed greeting cards that can be written on and shared with friends and whanau.
All materials supplied. Participants are encouraged to bring an open mind, respect and curiosity. Also, a cultural dish (preferably vegetarian so all participants can enjoy)!
