During this 3-hour guided workshop we will:

• Identify the tools that help you reset during overwhelming moments
• Build your personal Trauma Toolbox
• Write a powerful letter to your authentic self
• Experience a guided NLP empowerment exercise called the Ring of Fire

You will leave with:

✔ A deeper connection with yourself
✔ A renewed sense of strength and clarity
