This event MUST have at least 8 players to launch!
The RCQ is run through a WPN-approved 3rd party called Face2Face Games. F2F has stipulated that 8 players are needed, and if we have fewer than 8, ALL promo materials must be returned, including participation cards.
This event requires a Standard Deck and will be played using Competitive Rule Enforcements.
