As we move into Aries season, we meet the energy of new beginnings—an impulse to awaken, to take action, and to step into what is emerging.

Rather than rushing forward, we will meet this energy gently, with our voices, allowing what is ready to bloom to unfold in its own time.

Building on the grounding and releasing work we’ve explored previously, we now turn inwards to listen, and feel what is ready to rise and begin to take shape within and without.

What wants to be voiced, seen and heard?

In this early evening gathering, we will move through a gentle journey of meditation, intuitive movement, voice warm-ups, and harmony mantra song.  

(There is no pressure to 'sing', you're always invited to simply be in the space and listen or hum along if you wish to do so)

Together, we’ll soften into presence, awaken our bodies, and explore our voices as a natural flow of breath, heart, and expression.

Our Voice Circle is a safe, supportive space to soften…
to move…
and to gently find your own voice as it begins to bloom.

No singing or movement experience needed—just an open mind to listen inward and explore.
