- **Event Description**: Join Grimm & Co and Screen Yorkshire for an intensive programme learning about the film industry and creating a horror movie of your own!About this EventThis programme is for young people aged 15-18.Grimm & Co is partnering with Screen Yorkshire for this intensive programme looking at skills development and career opportunities in film.It will culminate in the creation of three short films, themed around horror, and created by participants.Dates and times:Tuesday 28th October, 10:00am-3:00pm: Write your own horror short film, and learn about the elements of filmmaking. Please bring a packed lunch/money to buy some lunch.Wednesday 29th October, 10:00am-3:00pm: Filming day! Your script will be brought to life and you decide the role you want to play, whether that be in front of the camera or behind it, geting involved in make-up design or costume, it's up to you! Please bring a packed lunch/money to get some lunch.Saturday 15th November, 10:00am-12:30pm: Edit day - where we put the finishing touches to the film.UPDATED TBC: January 2026: Film premiere!
